Name |
- This shall be the Leicester Wildcats Paintball Club .

Objects |
- The object of the club is to promote the sport of paintball and to compete at the highest level possible, to bring on and train new players.
|
Membership |
- The club shall consist of paid members of the UKPSF (United Kingdom Paintball Sports Federation).
- All members details will be published on the Web sites player pages unless expressly requested not to
- Application for membership shall be made in writing to the club secretary/team scout and approved by a majority of the management committee.
- Each member shall pay a subscription decided at the Annual General Meeting.
- Subscriptions must be paid for the current year before the member can compete for the club except where the club choose to waive this rule.
- To resign, a member must inform the club secretary in writing.
- Any member guilty of misconduct (i.e. behaviour contrary to the constitution) may be cautioned once or expelled from the club by a majority decision of the management committee.
- Any person expelled will have the right to appeal to a management committee meeting called at his/her request not later than two weeks from the date of expulsion.
- The committee shall have power to expel any member whose subscription is six months in arrears, provided a month's notice in writing shall have been sent to such member by registered or recorded delivery letter, addressed to his/her last known address, informing him/her of the proposed action of the committee.
- Any player receiving a “Named” playing top will be required to pay a fee to be decided at the AGM, playing tops remain the property of the club at all times unless expressly informed otherwise.
- Membership will entitle the member to participate in “Premier” events
- You must agree to wear, shoot, and represent, chosen
companies of sponsorship, upon joining the club

Management |
- The management committee shall consist of Chairman, Asst Manager/1st team manager, Club Secretary, Training Manager and Team scout.
- An honorary president may also be chosen at the AGM.
- The management committee shall meet at least six times per year.
- The management committee has the power to co-opt extra members up a limit of three; to create trustees, and form a sub-committee as and when considered necessary.

| Annual General Meeting |
- The AGM will be held during November and the following business undertaken.
- The report will be read and discussed
- The accounts will be presented.
- The officers will be elected.
- Motions to be discussed must be submitted in writing to the club secretary at least one week before the meeting.
- Standing orders or rules may be changed by a majority decision.
- One third of all paid up members will constitute a quorum.
- Only members of sixteen years and over will be eligible to vote except in issues pertaining to junior or academy teams.
- The chairman shall have a casting vote.

| Club Colours |
- The colours of the club shall be Royal blue and white jersey and black pants.
- Club apparel must be worn by all members representing the club at every competitive or promotional event.
- other team colours agreed upon by the committee may be worn in
accordance to sponsorship

| Amendments to the Constitution |
- The management committee, by a majority at a quorum meeting, may propose amendment to the constitution. The changes may be made only at the AGM or an extra-ordinary general meeting called for that purpose. Two weeks notice must be given for the XGM. A quorum shall consist of one quarter of the membership. If the motion is passed by majority vote, the amendment to the constitution will be adopted.
- Alternatively, five ordinary paid up and voting members may petition the Hon. Secretary in writing, to call an XGM in which the conditions in the previous paragraph will apply with respect to calling the meeting and voting at it.

- The management committee, by a majority vote at a quorum meeting, may decide to dissolve the club. They must then call an XGM giving two weeks notice to all club members. If the motion is passed by a majority vote the club is then dissolved.

- Upon dissolution any funds remaining after all liabilities have been met, will be donated to the UKPSF to be used for the furtherance of paintballing in the United Kingdom .

| Code of conduct |
- Members will be expected to adhere to the rules of each tournament which the captain on the day will refresh you with.
- Deliberate cheating will not be tolerated.
- Members incurring penalty points incurred from cheating are liable to a fine as agreed at the AGM.
- Members are expected to play with sportsmanship in mind and not to bring the sport or club into disrepute.
- Members must abide by any conditions levied by sponsors
